Typical scope
- Saw cut and remove slab for new plumbing and electrical runs, then pour back flush.
- Infill old floor drains, trenches and pits.
- New equipment pads, mop sink pads and walk in cooler slabs.
- Interior and exterior ADA ramps and landings.
- Dumpster pads, bollards and the sidewalk repairs the landlord requires.

What to expect on site
One crew, usually one to three days. We protect adjacent finishes, control dust on cuts and haul our own debris. Pour back is flush and ready for your flooring contractor.
Common questions
Is there a minimum job size?
No. We do a lot of one day jobs.
Can you match the existing slab finish?
Yes: broom, trowel, or left ready for tile. Color will not match older concrete exactly, since aggregate supply and weathering change it.
Do you do the cutting too?
Yes. Slab sawing, wall sawing and core drilling by the same crew that pours back, so you schedule one sub.
