Every project is different.
-Does the grade slope?
-Is there a fence?
-What kind of access do we have?
-Does dirt need to be hauled off?
These are just a few of the questions that keep us from having the same pricing on every project. Please give us a call or fill out the form on our Contact Us page to receive a custom quote.
Every project is different, but construction typically takes between 1-3 days.
We handle all permits for your concrete construction project.
Ordinance states that no noise in excess of 70Db shall be emitted from construction equipment between the hours of 9pm and 6am.
Concrete slabs typically only require us to dig eight inches deep. However, we always call 811 for locates before performing any excavation. We do not accept responsibility for damaging unmarked utilities.
TriStar Concrete Construction is not responsible for any property line disputes. It is the owner’s responsibility to verify property lines prior to concrete construction.
Checks, Wire Transfer, & Cash are all acceptable forms of payment.
Full payment is due upon substantial completion of the project, unless contract states otherwise.
Communication is key to a successful concrete construction project. We always have our cell phones available and are usually within earshot throughout your concrete construction project.
It is not possible to match existing concrete surfaces with new concrete. This is mainly due to rock supply differences and weathering.
Do not drive on new concrete for at least 7 days.
Salt and deicers cause a chemical reaction which is harmful to the concrete. We do not recommend or warrant putting either substance on concrete.
