TriStar pours driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage slabs and shed pads for homeowners and builders across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Most jobs take one to three days on site, come with a one year workmanship warranty, and we handle the permits.
What it costs
Every yard is different. What moves the price: the size, how much dirt has to leave, the slope, access for the trucks, whether there is a fence in the way, and the finish you pick. The process, start to finish
- Site visit and written quote.
- We schedule your pour, pull the permit and call 811 for utility locates.
- Day one: tear out, grade, form and set the base.
- Day two: pour, finish and cut control joints.
- Keep cars off it for at least 7 days. See how long to wait before driving on new concrete.

Common questions
Will my new concrete crack?
Concrete cracks at the control joints we cut, on purpose. Proper base, reinforcement and joint spacing keep random cracking out. Read why concrete cracks.
Do I need to be home?
Only for the site visit and the first morning.
What about my landscaping?
We stay inside the work area and re grade the edges. Landscaping is not part of our scope. See landscaping after concrete.
Can I put salt or deicer on it in winter?
No. Salt and deicers react with the concrete and damage the surface, and the warranty does not cover it.
